1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "You") and ph1vip (hereinafter referred to as "ph1vip," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your use of the ph1vip online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any ph1vip services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

ph1vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of ph1vip services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and maintain an account with ph1vip, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws and regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities on ph1vip or any other gaming platform.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a ph1vip account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must verify your identity by submitting valid government-issued identification documents as required by ph1vip's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with ph1vip. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using fictitious identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of funds, and cancellation of any winnings.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph1vip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party. You agree to notify ph1vip immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph1vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ph1vip accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), InstaPay, PESONet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and payment method selected. ph1vip reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to completion of all required verification procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during weekends may experience delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). ph1vip reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on your account status, verification level, and gaming history. Before processing withdrawal requests, ph1vip may require additional identity verification, proof of address, and verification of payment method ownership.

All withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Winnings derived from bonuses must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal requests will be approved.

3.3 Fees and Charges

ph1vip does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet provider, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. ph1vip reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests or other account maintenance activities at our discretion.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All ph1vip games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. You agree to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph1vip Platform:

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for personal gain
• Participating in bonus abuse or arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profits
• Money laundering or using ph1vip services to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotions
• Accessing the Platform through VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to conceal your location
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of ph1vip software

ph1vip reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms. Upon detection of prohibited activities, ph1vip may immediately suspend or terminate your account, void all bets, confiscate funds (including deposits and winnings), and report the matter to relevant authorities.

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, ph1vip will make reasonable efforts to restore your gaming session. If restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded at ph1vip's sole discretion.

Any disputes regarding game outcomes, betting transactions, or account balances must be reported to ph1vip Customer Support within seven (7) days of the disputed transaction. Failure to raise disputes within this timeframe will result in acceptance of the transaction as final. ph1vip's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 Bonus Terms

ph1vip offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials for each offer.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for ph1vip bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount, though this may vary by promotion. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10% or less.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ph1vip reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate bonuses and associated winnings from Players who engage in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, playing only low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy that ph1vip determines in its sole discretion constitutes abuse of promotional offers.

5.2 VIP Program

The ph1vip VIP program rewards loyal Players with exclusive benefits based on gaming activity. VIP tier status is determined by total wagering volume over rolling monthly periods. ph1vip reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits, tier requirements, or terminate the program at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

6. Responsible Gaming

ph1vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. We provide various tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to access ph1vip services, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. ph1vip conducts age verification procedures during account registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed, and all funds will be returned to the source of deposit after verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Platform without prior written permission from ph1vip.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

ph1vip collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and ph1vip cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph1vip, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if ph1vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph1vip's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ph1vip account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

ph1vip shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ph1vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; or upon your request to close your account.

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited funds resulting from Terms violations) will be returned to you after completion of any required verification procedures. ph1vip reserves the right to deduct any outstanding debts, fees, or charges from your final balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ph1vip Customer Support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all funds. If funds remain in a closed account, they will be held for a period of ninety (90) days, after which they may be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ph1vip services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ph1vip Customer Support and providing them with a detailed description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by ph1vip of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. ph1vip's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph1vip regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without ph1vip's prior written consent. ph1vip may freely assign or transfer these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
